It is getting closer to the 1st of May, the delivery date of our future daughter Nina. Marie is counting the days already.
We are getting all this new gear which of course we are not sure whether it is good and safe or not.
So our friend Theresa hired Bruno the Baby Test Bunny to make sure everything is in the green with at least the major baby items.

We had our baby shower today and we are very grateful to realize how many good friends we have, and we probably forgot to invite some and our apology if we did.

Ok, here’s advice from your friendly security consultant ;)
As I told Craig already: get a Lullababy – the single best investment we made for out two kids. For car seats – if available in the US, get Roemer as they’re bigger than most others and easier to handle (grip can be used with one hand). Forget the baby bath – best way to do that is in the sink or in the tub with daddy. Regarding “babyphones” – get a decent Motorola walkie talkie. And for all those nice wooden toys mommy might prefer over the plastic stuff: the kid will tell you what it likes best.;)

Thanks for your tips. Lullababy looks really interesting. Walkie talkies make sense, I thought you have to push a button for the walkie talkie to work. I guess there is an always on, or send when sound feature.
