In the 9/11 Commission hearings it came up again and again, that there was “actionable intelligence” missing, for example to capture Bin Laden.
I think we can help out on that front. What is done on this site is giving real actionable intelligence. Therefore to make it easier to find I changed the tag line of this Blog from: “The Rest as they say is Mystery” to “Real Actionable Intelligence”. 
Actually the folks behind Worldchanging are doing a way better job in collecting actionable intelligence for a better world. Go get it.
